Created from scrap metal salvaged engines from Russian, Russian, German and American vehicles, the armored vehicles replicas pictured above bring the memories of the World War 2 back to life. Starting it with the restoration of a Lend-Lease Studebaker truck a few years ago, a Russian village craftsman Vyacheslav Veryovochkin has created them all in his garage in the Novosibirsk area. The perfect replicas are based on original plans culled from Internet and magazines.
Until date, Vyacheslav has created around 30 different WW2 tanks and armored trucks. Mosfilm, the Moscow film studio, has rented some of them for its upcoming project, where some of his works stand proud in various museums across the country. At present, you could see only six vehicles in front of his house.
