Two industrial design graduates, Aaron Tuck and Daniel Henley, from University of Southern Australia have recycled timber and a 44-gallon drum to create melodies for your ears. Their Caribbean-style drum and fountain-driven pipe organ make use of ‘water as an interface.’ Apart from being just an interface, water serves as the key power source in both designs.

All set to unveil the final version of their projects at the WOMAD festival in 2010, the students have collaborated with United Water and have availed the expert services of its engineers and fitters. However, just before they exhibit their innovation at the above-mentioned festival, it’s displayed at Released, the final year industrial design exhibition, for fellow university students and others as well.
