The 12x36 TRIO has a master bedroom, kitchen with open living space, and a bathroom. It also includes carefully placed windows to maximize daylight and a high-performance envelope. The appliances and lighting is optimized in order to keep the energy consumption as low as possible. Available nearly everywhere in North America this eco home is placed at an affordable price of $134,900. If you are looking for a little bigger space then it can be expanded up to 1,110 square feet.
