Sietch Nevada, a futuristic city, to brave against a calamitous future

We’re fast getting into a horrible future where dystopian conditions will ask one and all to adapt to the surroundings. Especially in the US Southwest, you might see an underground Venice sprouting to tackle the extreme drought-affected locale. Maybe we can’t realize it as of now, but Matsys Design comprehends the gravity and accordingly, plans a desert-city dubbed as Sietch Nevada. The futuristic city will have an underground canal system for transportation, potable water and irrigation of the proposed garden spaces.

You could see cellular caverns touting a honeycomb structure. The large underground structures have terraces above for urban agricultural projects and water harvesting. Nonetheless, Matsys Design proposes a subterranean metropolis that could brave against the calamitous future.
