Siemens has installed a 250-megawatt (MW) renewable energy plant in Egypt's Gulf of Suez on the Red Sea coast. At present, Siemens is just behind Denmark's Vestas, US General Electric, Spain's Gamesa, Germany's Enercon and India's Suzlon, which are the world’s top wind turbine makers.
