Recycled Lobster Shells crafted into eco-friendly lingerie

bras that pinch

The slogan ‘Go Green’ has captured people’s mind to such an extent that they have gone ahead and crafted things which are nothing but weird. Agreed that that we should recycle things but some concepts make us slip into a state of deep thinking and force us to imagine how they can be used. Laura Ann Jacob from West Cost has designed a bra that too from not satin not diamonds but an old lobster shell.

The West Coast artist is well-known for her creations that are eco-friendly and help save the environment. She has made good use of recycled materials to craft flamboyant sculpture pieces put together in a rather whimsical manner. Laura has time and again come up with creations that somehow are extraordinary and break the way they are crafted traditionally.

Now, while eating a lobster could you ever imagine that such a garment can be actually made. Laura Ann Jacob has coupled the lobster shell with pieces from woman’s garments and accessories to make it look more practical. But the big question is who will agree to buy this creation of Laura which she feels is not restricted and ridiculous like so many other things available or created. No doubt it is very environment friendly but still we need to see how many buy this concept.
