It was all done to pedal the oil-crisis out. The same frenzy has now hit the bike lovers of Philadelphia as they cycled naked (some partially naked) through the city on Sunday.

The motive of the second annual Philly Naked Bike Ride was to promote biking awareness and cleaner air. Some riders preferred to hide their private assets with underwear, swimming costumes, or elaborate body paint.
