The rusting playground at Howard E. Futch Memorial Park, installed at Paradise Beach back in 2001, is all set to undergo a green makeover. The working crew at the Brevard County Parks and Recreation Department will remove its metal equipments and will further replace them with a substitute material that is about 95% recycled. The whole dismantling and rejuvenation process will cost a minimum of $100,000.
