Moss your City is a portrayal of relationship between contemporary architecture, landscape and natural resources. Inspired by the Bankside Urban Forest and by the work of green activists across South London, the installation is a creation by Oslo architects PUSHAK. The main motive behind the installation was to show moss as a beautiful and versatile material that can work in harmony with
contemporary design.
Designed to inspire and enchant, Moss your City is an indoor terrain of moss arches and screens for the London Festival of Architecture, which opened last weekend. The project is a part of The Architecture Foundation’s international exchange program for emerging architects in Norway and the UK and the first for PUSHAK outside Norway.
