How does the Israeli-based design studio produces new eco-friendly products? 50% sawdust’s manufacturing process includes creating a mixture of equal parts of plastic and wood sawdust, pressing it into an aluminum mold, and then finally baking it. What you get is a firm, structurally sound material, which gives waste plastic bag and sawdust new aesthetical life, that too without the use of any adhesives, thanks to the heated plastic.
