Containing a computerized Smart Box that repositions the turbine for safe wind capture, the Honeywell can withstand high winds (above 40 mph) easily. The 170 pounds wind turbine will retail at $6,495 at local ACE Hardware stores starting in August; you need to pay more for installation though. However, the federal and state energy tax rebates will cover 30% to 80% of the cost.
