Eco Trans Alliance LLC and Cruise Car Inc. have pioneered solar electric trams in the Pelican Bay Community in Naples, Florida to help reduce the community’s transportation carbon footprint by over 22,000 pounds of CO2 a year. The new trams feature an Eco Trans Alliance 460 watt on-board Solar Charging System, which go on to produce over 400 kWh of electricity per tram.

Where Eco Trans Alliance suggests low speed vehicle (LSV) solutions for the new trams, Cruise Car relies on them to create low speed vehicles in multiple configurations to meet the needs of resorts, campuses, government, and military installations across Florida.
