What is your idea of a perfect dinner date? Something like soft music, quiet place and romantic candlelights right. But, wait a minute…what if I replace the last one with an eco-friendly alternative. Wouldn’t it be even better? Well, Vuk Dragovic has come up with an idea of a dinner table that does just that. Dubbed the “Firefly Table”, the table has a lamp placed right in the center. The solar lamp pops up in the center to emit a soft glow. The solar cells located below the glass top charges the lamp and when the lamp is pressed, it pops out to shed light. Apart from emitting soft light, the solar lamp also projects any form of branding (via stencils) to the floor-space below. It is honestly a very beautiful and neat design.
