Though the folks at Yanko Design don't find the finger-powered battery any greener, but it's exactly what they deny. Agreed it's meant for tough situations, when you don't have your charger or an electric point around, however, it can never deny it the eco-friendly tag.

When caught in a "tricky situation" or otherwise, what you need to do is remove the battery for a few turns around your index finger and it's amply charged to last a conservation. Not for a lengthy one, mind you. If you want to talk more, you have to repeat the process.
