The reason behind incorporating composite material to construct the Ever-Lite™ is to produce trailers that are tougher, waterproof, hypoallergenic, lightweight and low on Voc. The trailer’s one-piece walls, floors and ceilings without joints are a result of a vacuum-lamination process, which vacuum laminates the composite material onto a structural frame of double-welded aluminum making the vehicle stronger and more impact resistant.

The Ever-Lite™ comes with waterproof walls, roof and floor preventing it deteriorating from exposure to water and humidity. Making it perfect for you and the environment is the fact that they eliminate the use of heavy lauan, tropical hardwoods and conventional plywood in the construction. In addition, they are free out-gassing of VOCs inherent. The eco-friendly trailer weighs 1,000 to 2,000 pounds lighter than most of its competitors. It is truly an inventive vehicle that will revolutionize the camping world.
