On Friday, Luna and Larry, the vegan ice cream maker, dedicated its first pedal-powered food cart to the people of Eugene. The food cart replaces the traditional gasoline motor with a bicycle. You can see the cart, dubbed as the Bliss cart, positioned in downtown Eugene at Kesey Plaza, with six more to follow. Later, the plaza might be named as the Downtown Plaza Food Court.

The human-powered food cart can efficiently move to the customer without emitting a speck of emission. With a proposed covered seating area for its clients, the Food Pod will be there for year-round.
