An UAE firm, Enoc International Sales Limited, has come up with two engine oils dubbed as the Protect Green 5W 40 and Vulcan Green 10W 40 to bring down harmful carbon emissions and improve overall performance of auto-engines. These have low content of sulfated ash and phosphorous and hence, the lubricant is most suited to those vehicles compliant to exhaust gas emission controls and low sulfur fuels.

Saeed Abdullah Khoory, chief executive of ENOC Group, while ensuring his commitment toward environment, said:
Through our 'green' products we aim to make our environment a cleaner place. We take care to ensure that all products manufactured and marketed by us comply with the UAE's emission control standards.
Moreover, long train capability render these oils along the lines of standards set by the American Petroleum Institute (API) and major European and American original engine manufacturers.
