Dubbed the “BESS”, short for Barbercue Solar ExpressSystem is a unique system that uses solar energy to barbecue food. It consists of a solar panel that collects the heat from the sun and stores it in the batteries, which power the system. Besides being sustainable, it is also cost-efficient, portable and easy to use.
