The historic Wonder Wheel that has been adding excitement for the past 90 years used to have bulbs lighting each car, which were removed in the 1980s due to safety concerns. But, with the installation of 32 solar panels that will generate 960 watts of electricity, the ride hope to go safe and green. The installation will also have a battery that will save energy from the sun to power the lights at night and when the sun doesn’t smile. Let’s hope to see the same old bright Wonder Wheel again.
