To map pathways from the present day to a decarbonized UK in 2050, the Tyndall Centre will unveil a new set of energy scenarios. Energy supply and demand reduction options are explored by these scenarios. And for this, emissions from the international aviation and marine sectors are included for the first time. With this, the scenarios reveal the true scale of the challenge facing the UK. Hope with the project getting successful, UK will see a low carbon society in next 45 years.
