Tzu Chi Foundation, known for its contribution toward environmental protection, international relief work and the establishment of the world’s third largest marrow donor registry, has fast developed into a center of recycling. Maintaining it still further, the volunteers at the Taiwanese recycling center are transforming discarded plastic bottles into soft blue polyester blankets.
