Max Scott of Bremerton, with love and passion in his heart, built a trike for his physically challenged wife. This customized three wheeled motorcycle named Sam O' Max is made entirely out of recycled auto parts like handrails.

Fabricated in 2002 when Serenda Scott underwent a double knee surgery, this amazing piece of artwork was created using second half of a dune buggy. Powered by A 1641 high speed engine from Volksawgen Beetle, trike inherits its hydraulic controls from an Audi. Moreover, unlike any other three wheeled motorcycles, the back seat of Sam O' Max can easily accommodate three people. One of the most innovative thoughts can be seen in the driver's seat that's derived from a boat. Scott admits, that though the idea to build a 3 wheeled motorcycle was his own, manufacturing such
a vehicle wouldn't have been possible without taking help from his friends and family. Inspired from a branded motorcycle, this trike took almost eight months for completion and since then his efforts have paid off in the form of various awards.
Overall, Sam O' Max works perfectly fine just like any other vehicle on the road. For certain, it had a price attached even after being build by salvaged products, but the idea to create a vehicle from recycled materials on one hand served the purpose of providing relief to the physically challenged and on the other reduced the use of valuable resources.
