History
This gem of a house was designed by protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright. There are five royal bedrooms in the house and four bathrooms ( of which 2 has showers and jetted tub and 2 with only showers). The house also has all the amenities you might need. With an accommodation capacity of around 12 people, there is a full modern kitchen in the house with all facilities. There are 2 Kings type of beds, 2 Queens type, 2 Twins type, and then also a Sofa bed in the living room. Internet is also available and the house is also pet friendly so you might just bring your pet dog along!
The cost though can pinch your pocket a bit. For renting the house, you have to stay there for a minimum of 1 week. The weekly costs are around $10,360 per week which can be a bit too hefty. There is also a refundable deposit which you would have to pay, which is of around $2,000. There is also the cleaning fee that your are required to pay, at $500.
Though children are welcomed to stay in the house, the house itself is a non smoking area. Then there are facilities like the optional house keeps and there is also a spa in the property which has an indoor and outdoor hot tub, a whirlpool, and a steam shower. So, if you have the money and are willing to spend some on a beautiful vacation with your family outside your home, don't forget to try this Berkeley masterpiece from California!
